Jabal Booking App Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 11, 2026
Jabal Coffee LLC, operating as Jabal Coffee House ("Jabal," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you book a room with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using our booking platform at booking.jabalcoffeehouse.com (the "Service") you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you give us
When you reserve a room through the Service we collect:
- Contact information — full name and email address.
- Booking details — the location, room, date, and time you reserve; any notes you provide; your confirmation code.
- Payment information — when you pay, your card details are sent directly to our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. We retain only a payment confirmation token and the amount charged.
If you create an optional account, we additionally receive your name and email from the identity provider you choose. We do not receive your password for that provider.
1.2 Information we collect automatically
- Device and usage information — IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps.
-
Cookies and similar technologies — session cookies used by our
authentication provider to keep you signed in, essential cookies that
make the booking flow work, and (when applicable) a first-party Google
Ads conversion cookie (
_gcl_aw) that lets us measure whether a booking originated from a Google Ads click. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies for retargeting.
1.3 Information from third parties
- Identity provider — if you sign in with a third-party identity provider, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from that provider.
- Payment processor — our payment processor confirms whether your payment succeeded or failed and provides fraud-related signals.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Process your booking and charge your payment method.
- Send you a booking confirmation, calendar invitation, and reschedule or cancellation notices.
- Provide customer service, including responding to your questions and managing disputes.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Service, including monitoring for fraud, abuse, and technical errors.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights and those of our customers and staff.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
3. Who We Share It With
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and only to the extent they need it. The categories of recipients are:
- Payment processing — name, email, booking amount, and the card details you provide directly to our payment processor.
- Account authentication — name and email, if you create an optional account or sign in with a third-party identity provider.
- Transactional email — name, email, and booking details, to send confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations.
- Cloud hosting and database — all booking data and device/usage data needed to run the Service.
- Error monitoring — device/usage data and limited booking identifiers needed to diagnose technical issues.
- Advertising measurement (Google Ads) — when you arrive from a Google Ads click and complete a booking, we send Google a conversion event containing the Google click identifier, the booking amount, the currency, and the booking confirmation code (used as a duplicate-event key). We do not send your name, email, phone number, or payment details to Google.
Each provider is contractually required to use your information only for the purposes we specify.
We may also disclose information:
- to comply with a lawful subpoena, court order, or legal request;
- to investigate potential fraud, security incidents, or violations of our Terms of Service;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the successor to honor this Policy.
4. How Long We Keep It
We retain booking records for as long as needed to operate the Service and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When we no longer need personal information for those purposes, we delete it or de-identify it.
5. Security
We protect personal information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest at our providers, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, email us at contact@jabalcoffeehouse.com.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access — ask what personal information we hold about you.

8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when the Policy was most recently revised.
